Rambling about fonts...

Ugh, the last few pages have just been crawwwling along. They were a pain to draw, and they're being a pain to paint - but I take comfort from the fact that the most boring scene so far involves people walking through an alley that's ON FIRE. That's... something, right?

Anyway, I can't wait til I can start posting the good stuff. And then the better stuff. And hopefully by then my art will have improved a bit.

I'm thinking about going through and redoing all the handwritten text. It's just too hard to read. I'm just not sure which font to use... I hate hate hate comic sans, and obviously a serif font wouldn't really fit, but neither would most sans serifs, and I don't want to do anything too weird... Typography can be such a pain! No excuse, though - the point of working on this is to learn how to do it right.

So... I'd better start doing that soon. Before I have a million pages to wade through.
